Project Scope of Work: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract for the Village of Ruidoso for the Pine Cliff Water System Improvement Project. The project consists of the installation of approximately 7,943 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC waterline, pressure relief valves, gate valves, fire hydrants, and all appurtenances.
