The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of comprehensive nicotine addiction treatment services. This RFP is to fund English and Spanish statewide nicotine addiction treatment services, provide training and technical assistance for health care professionals, and health systems change for New Mexico (NM) clinics and for health care professionals. This RFP does not include outcome evaluation for the treatment services. Outcome evaluation for services will be conducted by separate evaluation contractor(s).
