- The City of Albuquerque Department of Family and Community Services, hereby requests for proposals from Non-Profit or Governmental Agencies for Social Services and Behavioral Health Services for Fiscal Year 2023 to provide Clinical Services for the Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program, funded through the City of Albuquerque.

Respondents must submit their proposals no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, Friday, October 14, 2022, and must be submitted online through the City's Bonfire portal at: https://cabq.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities In order to submit, responders must be registered in the Bonfire system. Registration takes some time to complete. It is recommended responders register in advance of Completed proposals including all forms and attachments must be submitted using the eProcurement System at cabq.bonfirehub.com. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to submit your proposal. If you do not have a username and password, please register on Bonfire using this link. This is the only avenue available to submit proposals.
