The anticipated period of performance is date of award for one year. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.

The Gallup Service Unit is also seeking capable Indian Owned Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to various diagnostic and esoteric laboratory testing. Any IEE or ISBEE sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 1:00 pm on May 1, 2024 (MDT).

In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises. If your firm is capable of providing the services described in this notice, complete the attached representation form and submit it along with the rest of the requested documents identified in this notice.
