Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, New Mexico – 87301 has an upcoming requirement for two (2) ultrasound equipment for patient care services at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. Delivery shall be 30 days after date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 2,397 Employees.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00007 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by October 25, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by November 1, 2023. This acquisition is an Indian Small-Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
