The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to GE Healthcare, EIN Number F9JKZ4B9PG35, for software servers upgrade to the GE perinatal software as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico. Award will be for a base period of 04/10/2023 to 04/09/2024.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), GE Healthcare is uniquely qualified to provide the required software upgrade for the GE perinatal software, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.

The software needs to be upgrade from a Server 2008 to a Server 2019 with date migrated over for the GE perinatal software which is installed throughout its ward to monitor fetal heart-rate during birth. It is imperative and directly related to patient care services on this ward that we upgrade the software on both server and end users.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. The government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to any information submitted. Oral communciations are not acceptable in response to this notice. Gallup Indian Medical Center is negotiating a single source award.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
