The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for fire extinguisher and kitchen fire suppression system inspection services. The period of performance, including option periods, will be as follows:



Base Year: 09/01/2023 to 08/31/2024



Option Year One: 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025



Option Year Two: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026



Option Year Three: 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027



Option Year Four: 09/01/2027 to 08/31/2028



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541350 – Building Inspection Services with a small business size standard of $11.5 million.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00081 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.
