The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for uniform dry-cleaning and laundry services for the Housekeeping Department. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2023 – 01/09/2024).



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812320 – Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) with a small business size standard of $8M.



The Request for Quotations No. IHS1487790 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 26, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 1 2024. The acquisition is set-aside as full and open competition.



In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
