Solicitation No.75H70724Q00014 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for one (1) Fujifilm Sonosite C5-1 Broadband Curved Array Transducer for the Radiology department located at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico.
This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEEs, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
