The Foreign Commercial Service (FCS) seeks to rent commercial venue space for the purpose of hosting the SelectUSA Mexico Conference on Wednesday March 13, 2024. This would be a sole-source action using a firm fixed price vehicle.
FCS conducted market research to determine what vendors in the vicinity of the Embassy would be able to satisfy their requirements. After contacting eight hotels, the Sofitel is the only one that has availability for the date of the event, and can fulfill all the requirements needed.
The general requirement is to provide a room with a view for 150 participants from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs; tables and stage setup, coffee and lunch, light IT support for presentations and AV work, 1 small private room for additional meetings, additional information on meeting spots in bar/ lounge areas for additional private meetings for March 13, 2024.
