Description

NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) has a requirement to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to the City of Las Cruces (CLC) for natural gas and wastewater services in Las Cruces, NM. These services are in support of the Agency's mission as well as current and future NASA programs tested at WSTF. This sole source is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
