Contractor shall provide non-personal services to provide catered/cafeteria type meals to include breakfast and dinner as detailed in the attached meal cycle. The contractor shall accomplish providing hot meals to 1,857 Soldiers. Soldiers will consume meals in the (Bldg. 8153) located at the Dona Ana Training Complex breakfast serving hours are 0530 – 0730 breakfast and dinner between the hours of 1700 - 1930 daily with period of performance 25 January 2024 through 23 March 2024. The Contractor shall prepare all meals using Contractor provided equipment and facilities. The Government will not provide facilities or equipment to assist the Contractor to accomplish meal preparation, cooking, serving, and or cleaning of equipment or facilities.
