This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought for a Flooring Installation IDIQ. See attached PWS for more information. Industry input is desired to ensure agency standards are realistic and effective. Specifically, how is floor repair handled on flooring installation jobs. What is considered to be normal/routine repairs to surfaces in flooring installation? What would be considered an "above and beyond" repair?
