Contract Opportunity

The Indian Health Service, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, located at Bloomfield, New Mexico 87413 intends to make a sole source award to Jemez Mountains Electric Co-Op, Inc. for provision of Electric Services stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to the Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center stated therein.

The Period of Performance will be from 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023.

This award will be make in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source.

The Contract, Jemez Mountain Electric Co-Op, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required electricity services to Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competing proposals. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 3:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST), December 23, 2022, the contract will be issued without further notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.

Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
