Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, has an upcoming requirement for a Six Year Fire and Smoke Damper Test and Inspection service for the following health care facilities:



Gallup Indian Medical Center

516 E. Nizhoni Blvd

Gallup, NM, 87301



Tohatchi Health Center

07 Chooshgai Drive

Tohatchi, NM 87325



The period of performance will be date of award to December 31, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.5 million.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00014 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Friday, December 9, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or Friday, December 16, 2022. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.



In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
