Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00029 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for patient vacuum regulators for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center located in Zuni, New Mexico.
This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF's, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
