On behalf of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC), the US Air Force intends to pursue the purchase of BroadSim Signal Generator software upgrades using other than full and open competition procedures authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market research has identified the proprietary software upgrades provided by Orolia/Talen-X as the only software available which is compatible and interoperable with the JNWC's BroadSim Signal Generator equipment. No autohorized distriutors or resellers of the software upgrades have been identified. The government does not intend to replace the current inventory of BroadSim Signal Generators or associated equipment.



In accordance with DFARS PGI 206-302-1, the government is posting this sources sought notice. Industry has the oppurtunity to provide comments on the proposed Sole Source purchase.
