Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Edwards Lifesciences, LLC, EIN Number MR4FCKSNGRC1, for Two Hemosphere Advanced Monitoring System as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center located in Gallup, New Mexico.



In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Edwards Lifesciences, LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the Two Hemosphere Advanced Monitoring System, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.



The Two Hemosphere advance monitoring system needs to be replaced as they are no longer functional, which is causing the facility to fly out patients to other facilites.



This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Gallup Indian Medical Center is negotiating a single source award.



A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
