THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

Background: Within the 8FS secure classified facility (aka vault), there is currently no distinct area with infrastructure to allow for academic lessons, briefings, and debriefings en masse. Combined with a parallel effort for audio/visual presentation format, a seating arrangement is required to complete the space. The desired end state is an array of permanent, professional, and comfortable seats allowing for focused student and instructor development.

• Room Dimensions: 32'9" x 18’ 3”


• Max capacity comfortable seating desired. Estimated 3 rows of 13-15 seats along length of room


• Minimum seat width: 22"

Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary.
