NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE BATTLESPACE SIMULATIONS, INC.:

The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to Battle Space Simulations Inc. (cage code 4KC80), 8305 Catamaran Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Battle Space Simulations Inc. will be able to provide surface to air threat simulation software/hardware that will be able to accomplish visualization of radar systems to the pulse level, have a 3-D viewer of the combat environment, have the capability to view the Electronic Warfare (EW) environment in 3-D for mission planning and rehearsal, will be able to simulate a complex and contested environment from land, sea and air assets, and will be compatible with the classified database utilized on the AFSOC classified distributed networks.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 1 September 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a).
