Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for one (1) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for the Family Medicine Department.



The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months starting from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2022 – 01/09/2023).



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 – Offices of Physician (except Mental Health Specialists) with a small business size standard of $16M.



The Request for Quotation No. IHS1481830 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 23, 2024.



Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. The acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned Small Business.
