Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with TentCraft, LLC (UEI MKYTCGEE2FE4). The NAICS code is 314910, with an associated small business size standard of 500.





In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The vendor can provide three (3) custom heavy-duty tents with anodized aluminum frames by 05/31/23.





This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
