The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center (THC), Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION, Unique Entity ID JDMDFEZBYH36, for Lease of COBAS Integra 400+ System analyzer equipment and provide delivery of consumables of reagents and supplies as required by the Laboratory Department at Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, New Mexico. Award will be for a base period of 8 months, ending at 2023 Fiscal Year end, September 30, 2023.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for analyzer equipment least and delivery of consumables of reagents and supplies, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have negative impact on direct patient care.
