The TEAS contractor provides the non-personal services required to provide test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support for WSMR and its tenants. The contractor provides services to include test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of test results, data collection, management, and analysis, engineering and technical support, software analysis, Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT), foreign national/media escorts, program management, flight safety and systems engineering support services.
