Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00135 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for Chariot 2 iScrub 20 floor scrubber with accessories for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico.



This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEE's, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.



2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business



3rd Tier- Certified Hub Zone Small Business



4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business



5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns



The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325612 with a small business size standard of 900 employees.
