This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H70123R00015 Santa Fe Indian Hospital (SFIH) Pharmacy Renovation (Santa Fe, NM) (AQ19SF001) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).

SCOPE OF WORK: Refer to Section C, Attachments J01 and J02 for full scope of work. The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing Pharmacy at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital. This project will consist of 2 phases: Phase 1 includes removal of office and storage of office furnishings and demolition of the existing Pharmacy Department. Phase 2 includes the construction and renovation of the Pharmacy Department and relocation of the Security Office. A full scope of work, including specifications and drawings will be included in the solicitation.

LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital, which is located at 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87501-3554.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 240 calendar days from date of notice of proceed.

CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).

SITE VISIT: May 31, 2023 @ 10:00 AM MDT - See Section L, Clause L.8. FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for further details regarding the Site Visit.

CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
