Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00122 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for subsistence and non-subsistence supply for the Dietary program at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico.
This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF's, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside.
