Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in/at 1808 W Aztec Ave, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to plan and implement a one (1) day Wellness Conference on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The expected period of performance is February 1, 2023 through September 29, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561920 Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a small business size standard of $17.0M.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00020 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 9, 2023. Evaluation factors may include contractor experience, conference evaluation, contractor references, and price. Quotes will be due on or by January 20, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. MST. The acquisition is a small business set aside.
