Notice of Intent - GIMC Multi Blanket Purchase Awards for Janitorial Supplies

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 1808 West Aztec Ave. Gallup, New Mexico 87301, has a continuous requirement for various janitorial supplies and will be awarding multi-Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to satisfy the need.

This requirement is to procure various janitorial supplies on an as needed basis and will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13.303-2 Establishment of BPAS for Janitorial Supplies and quotes are being accepted per the listed Supply Specifications attached. Per FAR 52.211-6 brand names and or equal to brand will be accepted. All or equal to items must meet or exceed the listed brand name references.

The BPAs for janitorial supplies will be requiring immediate deliveries on an “As Needed Basis”. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months from the date of award with one option year if exercised for an additional consecutive 12 months thereafter.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 3325611 – Soap and Other Detergent Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1100 employees.

Interested small businesses are invited to respond by sending the quoted prices by the closing date of this announcement. Include the Solicitation ID Number, the or equal to product literature and specifications, and the registered SAM UEI or Cage number.

In accordance with: 52.204-7(b)(1) System for Award Management an Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.

In accordance with 52.204-13(c) System for Award Management Maintenance, The Contractor shall maintain registration in SAM during contract performance and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement. The Contractor is responsible for the currency, accuracy and completeness of the data within SAM, and for any liability resulting from the Government's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete data. To remain registered in SAM after the initial registration, the Contractor is required to review and update on an annual basis, from the date of initial registration or subsequent updates, its information in SAM to ensure it is current, accurate and complete. Updating information in SAM does not alter the terms and conditions of this contract and is not a substitute for a properly executed contractual document.
