Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for the repair/replacement of a 5” domestic cold-water line within the medical facility at Northern Navajo Medical Center.



The anticipated period of performance will be for three (3) months from the Date of Award.



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19M dollars.



The Request for Quotations No. IHS1482381 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 12/08/2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work, past performance, and price.



Quotes will be due on or by December 15, 2023. The acquisition is a set aside as full and open competition.



In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
