The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, Gallup Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with the University of New Mexico dba Health Sciences Center. (UEI G389MFAYJNG9), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The University of New Mexico is able to provide four (4) Emergency Medicine Physicians until September 30, 2023. The NAICS code is 621111, with an associated small business size standard of $12.0 million.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
