Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.




  • Complete an analytic NEPA document that includes all information necessary to evaluate potential impacts of the proposed actions and associated alternatives, while omitting any superfluous or encyclopedic information.

  • Prepare the appropriate NEPA Decision Document.

  • Provide recommendations for mitigation measures to minimize impacts to less than significant, as needed The Contractor shall provide services for the completion of the Air Force EIAP per 32 CFR 989 and all other pertinent environmental analysis requirements in support of future infrastructure projects needed to support diagnostic data collection
