The results of this Sources Sought/RFI will be utilized to determine if there are enough vendors capable to provide and install a physical access control system and that can meet the specifications and capabilities necessary for this requirement. In addition, this market research tool can be used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered.

Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico is searching for potential contractors that can provide one (1ea) AWH0800PM Lochinvar Boiler. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking information from interested parties that are capable of providing the required item. All prospective contractors must be registered as small businesses in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be awarded a DoD contract. The NAICS for this action is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Vendor must be able to provide a "AWH0800PM Lochinvar" Boiler. This specific model is needed so that there is no need for any modification to the electrical service venting or plumbing lines. No installation is needed, only the delivery of the boiler.
