In the interest of continued transparency, we are publishing this Special Notice to let you know where the Request for Proposal (RFP) stands. We are making final adjustments to the Final RFP based on the May 2023 Comment Resolution Matrix. Due to unanticipated personnel changes our timeline will push out, potentially up to several months. We are working diligently to minimize the delay.

Additionally, we ask for no further requests for one-on-one meetings. Please keep watching SAM.gov for any additional status updates.
