The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Patterson Dental Supply, Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., Henry Schein, Inc., Practicon, Inc., Dentsply North America, Darby Dental Supply, Buy Indian Medical, and First Nations Dist., LLC for various dental supplies such as; Needle Plastic Hub, Chamber Brite Autoclave, stainless steel cassettes, Ready steel K-Files, Slimax-C plus LED curing lights, Waveone gold rotary files, and Fuji plus capsules, on an as-needed basis for patient urgent/routine care services.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with 2 option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Tohatchi Health Center - Dental Department changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 09/19/2023 @ 1:00pm EST.

In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
