Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center located at Hwy 160 South of MP 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 and Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Hwy 491 N, Shiprock, NM 87420 have an upcoming requirement for fitness equipment. The expected delivery date is 60 days after receipt of the order. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339920 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00008 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 29. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the technical capability to meet the specifications, delivery date, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 11, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. MST. Questions are due December 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. MST. The acquisition is a small business set aside.
