DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The required work to be performed by the contractor consists of, but is not limited to, design-build construction of a broad range of maintenance, repair, paving, trenching, minor construction/alteration and renovation work on real property of low-high complexity at Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) NM, including the airfield and federal real property within 100 mile radius of HAFB post office, excluding areas within the State of Texas.
The primary goal of the MACC is the acquisition of government facility construction requirements. In the event of an emergency requirement, the contractor’s response time for proposal site visit and proposal submission may be severely shortened.
All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, and other services (including engineering/technical design support), items and incidentals necessary thereto.
MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204 & DFARS 236.204):
Seed Project: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000
Overall MACC Program: $250,000,000 - $500,000,000
PERFORMANCE PERIOD:
A single, five-year (5) base ordering period; with
Up to Five (5) one-year (1) option periods
NUMBER OF AWARDEES:
Up to eight (8) awardees will receive an IDIQ under the MACC program
TENTATIVE DATE OF ISSUE:
The solicitation (FA480123R0001) for this acquisition will be available in Summer 2023.

This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business

The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically will be publicized via SAM.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents as no paper copies will be furnished. No offeror mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the SAM.gov website to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. No response to this notice is being requested. Do not submit site visit requests or proposal information requests. This is not a solicitation.
All relevant solicitation documents including specifications and drawings will be made available for download exclusively from the internet source by accessing SAM.gov. Paper copies WILL NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents (i.e., issued amendments, changes to the Statement of Work, etc.); and verify the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
