NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE BLUESKY MAST, INC.:

The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to BLUESKY MAST, INC. (cage code 3JWX5), 2080 Wild Acres Rd Largo, Florida 33771-3818, United States. BLUESKY MAST, INC will be able to provide nine additional Blue Sky Masts. The Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) supports multiple field assessments testing capabilities in a Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) environment with technical expertise and equipment. JNWC requires nine additional Blue Sky Masts in order to support the needs of our various customers and laydown requirements for use with their Systems Under Test (SUT).

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 25 August 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a).
