The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement to Purchase Media in Communities and Sub-Markets to Reach a Diverse Population. FEMA intends to award a hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price and Time and Material) task order in accordance with procedures identified in FAR Part 15 & 8.404 to the contractor representing the best value to the Government.
This RFQ will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside. No additional information will be provided at this time however all information and instructions will be included in the offiical Request for Quotes once released.
