Contract Opportunity

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM intends to negotiate a single source award with GE Healthcare for 20 hours of technical support services for GE Centricity Perioperative software, database installation, set up of database environments, solving issues within software, perform/coordinate data uploads, loading standard reports and interfaces, solving issues related to the server and end user software. The period of performance is 3/20/2023-12/31/2023. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541511- Custom Computer Programming Services with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 1:00PM (MDT) on 3/16/2023. Responses can be submitted via email to Adrian.Segay@ihs.gov and/or Rodney.Brown@ihs.gov.

A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
