Design-Build construction services to replace the current HVAC system for the Golf Course Clubhouse, Building 2206 located at Cannon AFB, NM. The current structure was constructed in 1994 and is approximately 7,000 square feet. The current system is a 25-ton single plenum system using 5 direct expansion split units with 5 evaporators. The project includes demolition of the HVAC system components; demolition and replacement of the surrounding block wall; resizing of equipment pad to accommodate new equipment. New air handling equipment shall use 4-pipe/two coil system with new air handler sized to the structure. Cooling to be an air-cooled Trane chiller; chiller/boiler to utilize water softening in the makeup. New system to utilize Allerton DDC and connected to the Cannon AFB EMCS. All work will be done according to the most up-to-date applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force Instructions, local, state and federal building codes.
