Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Northern Navajo Medical Center intends to make a sole source award to Sensoscientific, Inc. for technical support and preventative maintenance stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to the Northern Navajo Medical Center stated therein.



This award will be made in accordance to authority FAR 6.302-1 One and Only Responsible Source as stated in the attached Justification for sole source document titled Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).



The Contractor, Sensoscientific, Inc, is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.



This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is by 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Thursday, December 8, 2022, the contract will be issued without further notice.



A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.



Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.



Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
