The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate four sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with State of New Mexico, Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare, Esoterix Genetic Laboratories, and Tricore Reference Laboratories for various diagnostic and esoteric laboratory testing. Testing to include but not limited to:

The period of performance is January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 with one one-year option. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.

No further awards will be made unless the needs for Gallup Service Unit changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the testing services are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Gallup Indian Medical Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 1:00 pm MST on January 16, 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
