Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Order for pharmaceuticals. Period of performance starting January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 with four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00016 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 8, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, 503B FDA approved compounding facility, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 13, 2022. The acquisition is unrestricted.
