Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for the Sprinkler System Inspection and Repair; Install Bypass for Back Flow Preventer for the Facility Maintenance Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center.



The anticipated Period of Performance is to be determined, not to exceed six (6) months.



The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M.



The Request for Quotations No. IHS1463643 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 21, 2022.



Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications, past performance, and price.



Quotes will be due on or by January 6, 2023. The acquisition is Small Business Set-Aside.
